Hello! I'm Dr. Veronica, a passionate Consultant Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Breast Surgeon with a wealth of experience in both the NHS and private healthcare sectors. Before joining Mediclinic, I had the privilege of serving as a Consultant and Clinical Lead of the Breast Surgery Unit at Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust. With over two decades of practice and having performed more than 7000 operations, I am honoured to be recognized as a board-certified Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon, dedicated to providing top-notch care that's centered around you.

My journey in medicine has been driven by a deep commitment to innovation and continuous learning. I've had the pleasure of sharing insights and discoveries at various local and international conferences, where I've been invited as a guest speaker. This passion for staying ahead in the field ensures that you receive the latest and most effective treatments available.

My medical training began at the esteemed University of Milan, and I've since expanded my expertise through experiences in hospitals across the globe, including renowned institutions in Milan (National Institute of Tumours), Paris (Insitut du Sein) and the UK. My focus on Oncoplastic Surgery has been further enriched by training at distinguished hospitals in the UK, like Guy's and St Thomas, Broomfield, and Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

In addition to my clinical work, I'm deeply involved in advancing breast surgery through research and education. I've contributed to numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and have had the pleasure of presenting my findings at prestigious conferences worldwide.

For me, patient care extends far beyond the operating room. I believe in walking alongside my patients throughout their journey, from the moment of diagnosis to the stages of recovery and beyond. On a personal note, I've made Dubai my home, where I live with my wonderful husband, daughter, and our furry friends—5 beloved pets.
